Seventy-six-year-old Loreto Javar, a U.S. permanent resident with stage 4 prostate cancer, was released from ICE’s Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma on a personal recognizance bond. After his release, he was met by relatives and activists from the Tanggol Migrante Movement Washington.
